Free exchange within 90 days of purchase

If you would like to exchange or refund any of the products purchased from Bendon Lingerie, simply return them within 90 days of delivery and we will provide an exchange or refund, for free. Your products must be in the condition you received them:

• Unworn
• Unsoiled
• Intact, with tags attached
• Preferably inside the original packaging in which it was sent to you to ensure the product is protected during transit
• Unfortunately we will be unable to accept returns if the product is damaged

If for any reason you would like to return your product, here are your options:

In store

• Take the product to your nearest Bendon Lingerie Store
• Our trained staff will happily assist you instore, helping you to find your perfect size.
• We’re happy to accept Online returns in store, as long as you have your confirmation email and invoice slip from inside your package
• Please note: If you have purchased Online using Paypal or Afterpay you will need to post this back to us as we cannot offer refunds in store.

By post

• Complete and print the Exchanges & Returns form here
• Pack all products, with your Exchanges & Returns form inside a secure carton or reuse the original packaging
• Affix the pre-paid, pre-addressed label (included with your original order) to your return, making sure you cover or remove the original address label. If you have misplaced your return label please use the below post paid address:

• Visit your local Post Office and send the package back to us
• For security and peace of mind, we strongly suggest registered post as unfortunately we are not liable for lost return parcels.
• Once received, we will inspect and process your return. Please allow up to 14 days for the exchange/return to be processed.
• We will gladly cover the cost of delivering your new product if you have requested an exchange.
• Any refunds required will be processed back via your original form of payment
• Exchanges for the same item in a different size will not incur any additional charges.
• However, if you wish to exchange the item for a different product (including a different colour) and there is a price difference, you will need to return the original item for a refund. You can then purchase the new preferred item. Please contact our Customer Service team if you have further questions.

Afterpay & Paypal Exchanges

• If you are exchanging items purchased using Afterpay or Paypal please post the items back to us, once received we will inspect and process the returned products as a refund.
• You will then need to re-purchase your chosen products via our website.
