Here at Bendon, we’ve always been about making our customers feel comfortable. As a result of the ever changing Coronavirus (COVID-19), we’ve introduced a new way to help you get FITTED:


In the fitting room, our team will guide you through how to measure yourself, to ascertain the best bra for you.


Given the intimate nature of our business, we’re going above and beyond our standard procedures to ensure our stores are as clean as possible, so you can continue to feel safe and comfortable in our stores. In additions to this we will have a contact register in each of our stores, there will be floor markings to promote social distancing and a limit on the number of customers in our stores at any one time.

Our Online store will continue to dispatch orders Monday to Friday. As well as implementing contactless delivery to you, we have introduced additional measures to keep our DC team safe. Our teams will be wearing protective equipment, we have strict hygiene processes and physical and social distancing is required.

Our delivery partners NZ Post and Australia Post are also following safe working practices and experiencing an increase in the volume of parcels in their networks, this is resulting in additional delays to the delivery of orders. You should receive an email from us when your order is on its way to you, please follow the tracking link to get up to date information of where your parcel is, or check on the AU post and NZ post websites for delivery updates

Can I still be fitted

If both you and our team member are happy, we are continuing to offer our traditional fit process assuming either party are not displaying any symptoms of the COVID-19 virus. Our team will wear gloves and a mask to assist you. If you do not feel comfortable with this we are happy to offer assistance with our Verbal Fit.

Can I still place an order online?

Yes, you can still place an online order with us. Our orders are shipped out Monday - Friday by our New Zealand based DC team, who are following additional safety measures. Due to an increase in demand on our website and our delivery partners and the additional safety measures required our orders are taking longer to be dispatched and delivered. Please allow for an extra 5-10 business days to receive your order.

Can I still return my order?

Yes you can. We are now able to process New Zealand and Australian online returns, we recommend purchasing additional tracking due to the large number of parcels in the AU post and NZ post networks, there are delays at this time so your return may take some time to be delivered back to us. We have extended our returns policy from 30 days to 120 days to cover any purchases during this period, and if you have any questions regarding your order or return please contact us.

Are you offering a Click and Collect service?

We are not currently offering click and collect as an option at the moment, but please check back on our website and social channels for further updates.
