An Update from Bendon Lingerie

We understand that this is a challenging and constantly changing time, our first priority is, and has always been the health and safety of our team and customers. Our Australian and New Zealand stores have temporarily closed. In order to stop the spread of COVID-19 the New Zealand government has instructed all non-essential businesses and their operations to close. Our New Zealand based Distribution Centre has temporarily closed, and we are unable to ship out orders, process refunds and exchanges. Our online store is still open and will continue to take orders, these orders will be shipped once we are able to reopen. Our usual contact channels will remain open – phone, email and social.


As the situation changes our timelines may change too. We will update your via our website, email and social channels of any changes. We thank you for your support in this tough time and we look forward to being your lingerie go-to once we reopen. Can I still place an order?

You can still place an order with us using our online website. This order will be dispatched out by our New Zealand based team once we are able to get back in to the warehouse in 4 week’s time.

Can I still return my order?

Yes you can, however at the moment due to the lockdown in New Zealand, we are unable to process your return. We have extended our returns policy to 120 days to cover any purchases during this period, and if you have any questions regarding your order or return please contact us.
