We are now able to accept Australian online returns, to our online returns location. Due to the volume of parcels within the Australia Post network we recommend purchasing additional tracking. Once we have received your parcel we will process it as soon as possible, whilst also managing the safety of our team.
Items purchased in Final Clearance and marked as CLEARANCE are not eligible for refund or exchange for change of mind OR if you have purchased the incorrect size.
Returns may take up to 28 days to be received, processed and or refunded.
During peak trading periods of Christmas and New Year holidays where our returns office may close returns may take an additional 5 working days to complete.

Free returns are available within 30 days of Purchase
If you’re unhappy with the products you received from Bendon Lingerie, simply return them within 30 days of delivery and we’ll happily provide an exchange or refund, for free. Your products must be in the condition you received them:

Once received, we will inspect and process your return. Please allow up to 28 days for the return to be processed.
